It also has extensive features, such as contact management, task and calendar functionality, and a sales pipeline tracker.

See the instructions below to set up your Capsule CRM integration:

  • Go to the Automate Hub plugin installed in your WordPress Dashboard.
  • Click on App Directory.
  • Select Capsule CRM and click on Connect.
  • Log in to your Capsule CRM account in another window.
  • Create a Capsule CRM account if you don’t have one here.
  • If you already have a Capsule CRM account, click your profile image at the top right, then select Account settings.
  • Click integrations.
  • Click user preferences at the below right and get API Key.
  • Copy the API Key and paste it into the required field.
  • Next, give the integration a Display Name, and click Save Changes.
  • If you have multiple Capsule CRM accounts, you can add them all in the same way.
