Salesforce is an enterprise software suite for customer service, marketing and sales automation, analytics and application development. Salesforce puts an emphasis on giving you the ability to provide great customer service using their analytics, marketing tools, and connectivity between your communication platforms. This way, you can offer customer support in a variety of ways.
See the instructions below to set up your Salesforce integration:
- Go to the Automate Hub plugin installed in your WordPress Dashboard.
- Click on App Directory.
- Select Salesforce and click on Connect.
- Log in to your Salesforce account in another window.
- Create a Salesforce account if you don’t have one here.
- If you already have a Salesforce account, go to the salesforce marketing cloud.
- Click Setup.
- Click Apps.
- Click Installed Packages and then click new to create a new package.
- Copy Redirect URI from below and paste it in the ‘OAuth Redirect URL’ field.
- Get Your client ID and Client Secret.
- Copy the Client ID and Client Secret, then paste them into the required fields.
- Next, give the integration a Display Name, and click Save Changes.
- If you have multiple Salesforce accounts, you can add them all in the same way.
